Its tenant mix primarily included fashion and footwear brands such as Aeropostale, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Carter’s, Eddie Bauer, Gap Outlet, Guess, Reebok, and Tommy Hilfiger. There were also specialty stores for sportswear and accessories, as well as some home goods and luxury brand outlets, although the focus was largely on mid-range fashion and casual apparel. Services at the mall included ample parking facilities designed to accommodate a high volume of shoppers, food options through various dining establishments, and standard amenities typical of outlet centers such as restrooms and seating areas. The mall was designed as an open-air shopping environment, which was common for outlet centers aiming to provide a more relaxed shopping experience compared to enclosed malls. It is important to note that the Huntley Outlet Center was reported permanently closed and has fallen into disrepair, with demolition beginning on the property. This means it is no longer operational as a shopping destination.
