Livermore Premium Outlets, formerly known as Paragon Outlets, is a large outdoor outlet mall located at 2774 Paragon Outlets Drive in Livermore, California. Livermore is situated in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area, approximately 44 miles east of San Francisco. The area is suburban with a mix of residential neighborhoods, vineyards, and open spaces, positioned near major highways such as Interstate 580, which provides convenient access for visitors coming from the Bay Area and beyond. The mall is part of a broader commercial and retail zone developed under the El Charro Specific Plan, which includes retail, open space, and public infrastructure. The outlet mall spans about 42 acres and is one of the largest outlet centers in California, featuring over 160 stores with plans for further expansion. Its retail mix includes a wide variety of brands across categories such as fashion, footwear, sportswear, home goods, and luxury labels. Notable designer outlets include Jimmy Choo, Tory Burch, and a Disney Store, among others, reflecting a blend of mid-range to high-end offerings.
