The mall is conveniently accessible via Route 6 and is close to the Sagamore Bridge, making it a convenient stop for visitors traveling to and from Cape Cod as well as local residents. This outlet mall traditionally offered a variety of factory outlet stores featuring well-known national and international brands. The typical retail mix included fashion apparel, footwear, sportswear, home goods, and accessories, providing shoppers with discounted prices on quality merchandise. The mall housed over 20 brand-name outlet stores under one roof, catering to a broad range of shopping needs for families and individuals alike. Services at the mall included ample parking, food options ranging from casual eateries to quick-service restaurants, and basic amenities to enhance the shopping experience. The mall’s hours generally ran from mid-morning to early evening, with extended hours on Thursdays through Saturdays and shorter hours on Sundays. Specifically, it operated Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. While the Cape Cod Factory Outlet Mall was once a prominent shopping destination in the region, it closed and was demolished around 2011 to make way for new developments, including a Market Basket grocery store and a new retail complex. Therefore, the mall as it was known no longer operates, but it played a significant role in Cape Cod’s retail landscape for several decades.
